Warranty Information


Our Brand Partners make fixtures with sustainability and the circular economy at the forefront. The products on our website are made to last. Every so often, something doesn’t work as it should.

Products are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty, which varies by brand.  If you would like a copy of the warranty that applies to your product, please email us at help@aeritageusa.com or contact your representative.

During the warranty window, Aeritage coordinates all the details with you and communicates with the manufacturer for a resolution. It’s just one more service that we provide.

While each Manufacturer Warranty will vary a bit from one another, there are some things that always fall outside of a product warranty.  These exclusions include post-purchase modifications and customization, improper installation (all products must be installed by a licensed electrician), accidental damage, normal wear and tear, natural patina of finishes, and finish variations inherent to natural or handmade materials.

Additionally, damage during shipping is not covered by the Manufacturer Warranty. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Shipping damage must be reported to Aeritage within three (3) business days. This is the policy of the shipping company so that a damage freight claim can be filed. Please email your representative or help@aeritageusa.com if something was damaged upon arrival.
