For orders placed through the website 

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per item for standard ground delivery. 

Orders are delivered one of the following ways: 

• Ground
• Residential
• Expedited (Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day)
• LTL (i.e. freight or truck) 

Please select your shipping method during checkout or note it on your PO. Shipping time is in addition to order processing time and any production lead time.  

Due to size, weight, and other factors, some fixtures must ship LTL (i.e. by truck) and cannot be expedited. This will be noted on the product page and during checkout. These items have an oversize shipping surcharge of $100 per item.  

Please note that some manufacturers are implementing a shipping surcharge due to tariffs and increased freight costs. These will be noted on the product page and reflected in the shopping cart.  

For orders placed directly with the manufacturer 

Shipping and freight charges are not included unless shown on your quote. You will be billed for actual shipping fees incurred. Some orders may qualify for FFA based on the manufacturer’s policy. Please inquire with your rep to see if your order qualifies. 

Please note your preferred shipping method on your PO. POs without shipping instructions will be shipped the best way; determined at the discretion of the manufacturer.  

If you’d like to use your own shipping account or a freight-forwarder, please provide the details on your PO.
