Return Policy
For orders placed through the website
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt when they meet the criteria below:
- In new, unused condition with no missing parts
- All original packaging is present
- No sign of installation
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is presented
Items cannot be returned if they are:
- Custom or modified
- Made-to-order
- Installed
- Final sale
- Open box discounted
- Sample sale
- Light bulbs
- Parts & accessories
- Large quantities (6+) of the same item
- Shipped outside the United States
Returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the return has been received at the warehouse and inspected. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
To request a return, please email orders@aeritageusa.com. In the email, please include your account name, order #, item # of the fixture you are requesting to return, and the reason for return.
For orders placed directly with the manufacturer
The return policy varies by manufacturer. Please note, some manufacturers do not accept returns. For details, request a copy of the return policy from your representative or email us at help@aeritageusa.com.
Items must meet the criteria below:
