Lighting Design

Aeritage provides support for lighting design and fixture specifications. We are not lighting designers, and we provide a different level of service than a professional lighting designer. We are lighting specialists that undergo routine continuing education and training in lighting. We like to think of it as “Lighting Design Lite”.

If your project has the budget for a lighting designer, we encourage you to hire one. Lighting designers are experts at understanding how to shape light, illuminate architecture, and use light to create mood in a space. They provide detailed drawings, calculations, switching plans, renderings, and more. However, we realize that not all projects have the budget for a lighting designer, and our team can help fill in the gap between full-service lighting design and no lighting design.
